Our Safety Policy - Dedication to the practice of all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs through providing our team with the proper training, information, and equipment. Our company will gain all qualifications and certifications required to work on any Commercial, Industrial, or Government project. Dave and DJ McCloskey have always maintained a zealous approach to the well-being of each member of the staff, and it begins with a commitment letter provided on the first day of employment. This letter outlines in detail the extensive Quality and Safety programs expected to be applied no matter the position held or scope of work. It is a priority for the McCloskey family to always have a healthy work environment for everyone. Regularly promoting Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols at every company meeting, on every job site, and in every situation is our standard practice. Orientation training sessions are executed consistently as we strive for our goal of zero workplace injuries or illnesses. We will continue to remain up to date on current industry requirements and document any room for improvement. McCloskey Mechanical provides proper PPE items, such as safety glasses, hard hats, safety vests, etc. to keep our co-workers safe when in the field or in work areas. Our policy is a key component for instilling the knowledge and confidence we want the entire team to have when identifying and practicing the correct safety protocols.
