JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Accounting

This position requires working in our headquarters office and collaborating with the rest of the accounting department, in addition to the other offices, to keep record of financial operations throughout the company.

Administration

This position is ideal for someone who is very detail-oriented and enjoys customer service. Our Admins are the backbone of all of our offices. Your skillset should include multi-tasking, great organization, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Programs.

Dispatching

Similar to an Admin, this position requires the organization as well as some prior experience with scheduling. This position is great for someone who is looking to gain knowledge in the Mechanical Contracting industry as they work side by side with the service managers and technicians.

Director of Operations

This candidate will be an experienced, motivated individual with a solution-orientated attitude and the desire to build a long-term career with our company. An ideal candidate will have extraordinary leadership abilities and in-depth knowledge of the HVAC and Plumbing industry. This individual will excel at delegation and be eager to represent our company with the highest level of integrity.

Mechanical Estimating

In this position, we value problem solving skills, multi-tasking and having a sense of urgency. We look for prior years of estimating experience for seasoned Estimators, or a college degree in Mechanical Engineering for Estimating Assistants. Our Estimating Assistants work directly with the Estimators to continue their education and gain experience with the goal of becoming an Estimator themselves.

Project Management

This position is for someone with past experience in the mechanical construction field who values relationships with our clients, suppliers, and manufacturers. Our Assistant Project Managers are tasked with providing administrative support to the Project Management team. Their primary focus is to help keep our projects organized and efficient.

Service Account Management

For this position, we look for prior knowledge in HVAC/R and/or Plumbing Fields. On our team, all account managers are consistently on job sites and foster the ability to diagnose issues and provide solutions to customers for any mechanical equipment issues they may have. This position is ideal for someone who has previous field knowledge that is looking to further their career.

Service Manager

Communication and delegation are the keys to success in this position. This individual is responsible coordinating and directing our field staff, while having an in-depth understanding of our industry to provide our customers accurate and honest customized solutions.
