McCloskey Mechanical has been thriving in the HVAC industry for over 30 years. By offering a wide variety of products and services for all projects, we have no doubt that we will be qualified for any scope of work needed.
McCloskey Mechanical has the ability to provide engineered shop drawings for projects large and small. We understand the importance of detailed specifications and drawings as this is what guides all projects. Without correct drawings, the level of difficulty increases and time is lost on site. We do our best to eliminate any issues and provide proper material with all HVAC specifications needed in our shop drawings.
Installing ductwork is a specialty of McCloskey Mechanical. Hard duct, spiral duct, flex duct, grease duct and duct sock are the types of ductwork we install, depending on the specifications of each job. There are no limits to the fabrication process with McCloskey Mechanical.
The majority of the equipment that is typically installed for all HVAC jobs include, but not limited to:
Installation of Roof Top Units
Rooftop unit installations take much time and coordination and involve many parties. Dealing with great crane companies and national accounts eases the transition for all involved. We have installed rooftop units with many cranes as well as helicopters.
Every job has a different set of controls. Depending on the location of the project, there could be multiple systems or a building management system that must be tied into. Some control services that we provide are:
Certified Air Balance Reports
At the end of each mechanical job, a certified air balance report must be released to the owner/general contractor. On this report, you will see air flow readings of all equipment installed. At McCloskey Mechanical, we have the capability to provide air balance reports with NEBB & AABC certifications.
